Camp Program 2017

GASPA will offer a 4-week summer camp in summer 2017.

Date: June 19th - July14th 2017
         (no Camp, Tuesday, July 4th)

Time: 9am - 2pm*
          *pick-up from 1:50pm to 2pm
         (Extended Care available 8-9am and 2-6pm)

Location: Alto International School Campus (formerly GAIS)
               475 Pope Street, Menlo Park 94025

Ages: 3-12 & 13-14 (no prior German language knowledge required)

Costs: $150 non-refundable Registration Fee per child + Tuition

 *Early Bird pricing valid through March 31st 2017. Registration information and registration fee must be received or postmarked by March 31st 2017.

** Receipts for tax purposes are available during the 4-week summer camp period and can be requested at time of registration on the registration form or in person at our summer camp office. Receipts requested after this time period must be submitted in writing to our PO Box address and include a $20 administrative processing fee.

Registration Process:

Please fill out the online registration form for each child separately. The registration form and a summary of the pricing information can be found at the "Registration" link.

A onetime payment of the $150 non-refundable registration fee is due for each child at the time of registration.

Registration is only complete once we have received the following to items for each child.

  1. Completed registration form
  2. $150 non-refundable registration fee

  • NEW! -GASPA now accepts electronic payments for registration fees and tuition (as well as donations). To keep our expenses low, we only accept electronic checks (ACH bank transfers). 
    Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email from “German American School of Palo Altoquickbooks@notification.intuit.com. The email will have a link “View invoice”. Click to view the invoice and follow the instructions to pay. You will have to enter your bank’s routing number and your checking account number. You can find these numbers on your checks.
    You can also print the invoice or download as pdf for your records.

Enrollment will begin, February 1st.
