The 2017 GASPA Summer School Camp program begins on Monday June 19th.

Tuition and Fees for Summer School Camp 2017:


4-Week Camp Program (June 19-July 14) ages 3-14

(registration for individual/single weeks is NOT possible)

Early Bird Tuition: valid thru March 31st

(Registration information and registration fee must be paid or postmarked by March 31st.)

  • 1st child $1400
  • 2nd child $1260
  • 3rd child $1120

      + $150 non-refundable registration fee per child

Regular Tuition: valid beginning April 1st

  • 1st child $1500
  • 2nd child $1350
  • 3rd  child $1200

      + $150 non-refundable registration fee per child

GASPA-PM (extended care)

  • Extended care 8-9am: $15 per hour, per child.
  • GASPA-PM: $700 flat-rate per child for the full 4 weeks from 2-6pm to be paid by or on the first day. (pro-rating per hour and sibling discount are not available)
  • Pick-n-Choose your Dates/ Drop-In/or Late Pick-Up (after 2pm) : $40 per child for the whole afternoon (2-6pm) and can be signed-up for using our GASPA-PM form or stop into our office in the morning on the day needed.
  • Late-Late Pick-Up: GASPA-PM ends at 6pm. An additional fee of $60 per hour started, per child will be charged for children not picked up by 6pm.

Registration is first-come, first-serve. Early registration ensures your child's place.

All Tuition is due by or on the first day of the program.

  • NEW! -GASPA now accepts electronic payments for registration fees and tuition (as well as donations). To keep our expenses low, we only accept electronic checks (ACH bank transfers). 
    Once you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email from “German American School of Palo The email will have a link “View invoice”. Click to view the invoice and follow the instructions to pay. You will have to enter your bank’s routing number and your checking account number. You can find these numbers on your checks.
    You can also print the invoice or download as pdf for your records.


Tuition Refund Policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. ($150 for the 4-week program are due at time of registration and are not refundable.) Tuition can not be refunded once the student has started the program.

Receipts for Tax Purposes: Available only during the 4-week summer camp period. Receipts requested after this time period must be submitted in writing to our PO Box address and include a $20 administrative processing fee.

  2. Upon completion, please complete the electronic payment of the registration fee upon receipt of the Quickbooks email or send your check for the $150 non-refundable registration fee per child to:

  3. To help speed up the sign-in process on the first day of camp, please fill out one (1) Pick-Up Authorization form for each child and bring it with you on the first day of camp.
  4. Note: Registration is only complete once we have received your registration AND the non-refundable registration fee for each child!
